Shipping Policy
All orders will usually be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday not including weekends and bank holidays). The postage costs are shown in the table above and at the checkout. This also covers postage and packaging materials.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, please contact our customer services at info@boodesigned.com where will aim to resolve the issue.

Returns Policy
We hope you love your Boo Designed purchase, but if you require an exchange or refund please get in touch with Customer Services at info@boodesigned.com. To be eligible for a full refund, your item(s) must be returned back to us within 14 days* from the date you received your purchase.
We ask that any items to be exchanged/refunded, be returned to us with all the original packaging and in an unused condition (with the exception of faulty items).

Please Note - Our returns are not free at the moment, so the return shipping fee will need to be paid by yourself. We will aim to email you within 24 hours of receiving your return to confirm your refund. Refunds may take 7-10 working days to show in your account. The cost of all shipping provided on the Boo Designed website is not a reflection of customer return shipping costs from both UK or international destinations. It is the full responsibility of the customer to find the cost of return shipping and is not under any circumstance covered by Boo Designed.
How to get a Refund/Exchange -
1. Get in touch with Customer Services at info@boodesigned.com within 14 days of receiving your order to start the process. Remember to include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. Package up your unused item(s) ready to be shipped back to us. Remember to include all the original packaging you originally received with the item(s).
3. Send the package back to us with the shipping label clearly visible, we advise customers to use either a tracked or signed-for delivery service. Be sure to keep your proof of postage receipt - Just in case!
4. Await Confirmation. We will get in touch once we receive the package, and will give you the details on your exchange/refund.

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is required at the time of purchase, and all prices are listed in GBP £. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be calculated during the checkout process.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all items listed on our website. However, as our items are vintage, each piece is unique and sold “as-is.” Please review product descriptions and images carefully, and reach out if you have any questions or need additional details before purchasing.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 working day after the order is placed. Shipping times and rates may vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Once shipped, we are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country of residence. Delays due to customs processes are beyond our control, and we recommend you check with your local customs office for more information.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of vintage items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is significantly not as described.
If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us at info@boodesigned.com within 24 hours of receiving your item, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations may occur due to issues such as item availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. We also reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect the buyer is reselling our products without authorisation

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
